Speakers:
- David FiorenzaSenior Lecturer/Villanova UniversityAfter a career in various private sector companies, David began his public sector career at Radnor Township and eventually became the CFO and Assistant Township Manager. He left there to work in consulting and Villanova University. He has consulted for over a dozen municipalities, school districts, non-profits, and the Pennsylvania Main Street Program. His course work as a Senior Lecturer at Villanova School of Business includes specialties in Urban Economics, Public Sector Economics, Economics of Entertainment, and Economics of Tourism. He has also taught at Immaculata University, Cabrini University and Delaware County Community College. David is a member of the National and PA GFOA, ICMA, Association of Professional Municipal Management, Pennsylvania Downtown Center, and National Association of Business Economists. He has served as a past South East PA Chapter President and was on the National GFOA Committee for Economic Development and Capital Planning.
